Lemongrass Basil Ramen
Whip up Lemongrass Basil Ramen for a zesty & comforting meal. This easy recipe combines tender chicken, noodles, and veggies with our flavorful Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce, topped with kale and jalapeños. A delightful twist on classic ramen that's both hearty and aromatic.
Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken Breast
- Seasonings: ½ tsp each of ginger, garlic powder, black pepper, salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (divided for cooking)
- ¼ cup Kale (roughly chopped)
- ½ Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
- ½ Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- 12 oz Uncooked Noodles
- 1 Pouch Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce
- 2 cups Broth (chicken, vegetable, or any broth of choice)
- Garnish: Fresh Jalapeños (sliced), Chili Oil
Directions:

Prepare Chicken:
- Dice the chicken breast and season with ginger, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- In a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cook Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add ½ tbsp olive oil. Sauté sliced bell pepper, red onion, and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.

Prepare Kale:
- In a bowl, massage kale with the remaining olive oil for 3-4 minutes until flavors are bold.

Cook Noodles:
- Boil noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

Combine and Simmer:
- Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles, Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce, and broth. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes to let flavors meld.
