Chicken Tikka Masala Sliders
Discover the perfect blend of flavors with our Chicken Tikka Masala Sliders recipe, a delightful twist on the classic Indian dish turned into an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer. These sliders pack a punch with tender chicken cooked in a rich and creamy Tikka Masala sauce, nestled between soft slider buns, and topped with melty cheese and red onions.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Chicken Tenders (Boneless chicken breasts and thighs are also suitable)
- 1 tbsp Oil (Cooking oil of your choice)
- 1 Pouch Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
- 1 Pack Slider Buns
- Cheese of Your Choice (Sliced or shredded for topping)
- Red Onions (Thinly sliced for topping)
- Herb Butter:
- ¼ cup Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh Cilantro (Chopped for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare Chicken:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken tenders to the pan. Cook, frequently turning, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) when checked with a food thermometer)
- Pour in the Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool down.

Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble Sliders:
- Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves separate.
- On the bottom half, layer the chicken tikka mixture, followed by sliced red onions, and cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the slider buns.

Make Herb Butter:
- Melt ¼ cup butter in a small pan over low heat.
- Stir in minced garlic and chopped cilantro until well combined.

Apply Herb Butter & Bake:
- Brush the herb butter generously over the top of the assembled sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

Serve & Enjoy:
- Garnish with additional fresh cilantro if desired, and serve warm.
