Thai Tuna Burrito
Ingredients
  • 2.5oz cans of chunk light tuna in water
  • 4 medium burrito wraps
  • 4tbsp Saffron Road Thai Red Curry Simmer Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • cucumbers - finely cubed and chopped
Instructions
  1. Drain all the water from the tuna.
  2. Combine all ingredients together with tuna and give it a good mix.
  3. Add mixture to any burrito of choice. Roll and enjoy!
  4. (We like the 'crunch' in this wrap, hence we added chopped cucumbers. You can add any vegetable of preference though.)
