Explore the fresh simplicity of traditional Japanese cuisine with our tender wild-caught salmon bowl.

Did you know that…
Japanese culture is known for its balance of delicacy and power. Our Sesame Ginger Salmon Bowl pays homage to this culture of harmony by blending real and wholesome with bold and authentic flavors. Ginger, the sweetly spiced root used throughout Eastern medicine, and sesame, the seed introduced by vegetarian monks in the 6th century, serve as delicious connections to Japan’s culinary past and present.

Very good mealOverall, it had very good flavors. The salmon piece is small. But come on. It's wild caught salmon, not that farm raised junk.

Not good.I couldn't eat more than one bite. Cooked in conventional oven. The tiny portion of salmon was clearly of inferior quality and the veggies and rice are just flavorless mush.

I would buy againI thought this was great. It's 280 calories; of course it's a smaller piece of salmon. It is a good serving size for me though, as I am trying to have smaller portions. The salmon tasted good too, it was pink and not grey like the other reviewer's. I loved the waterchesnuts. Snow peas I don't really have a strong opinion on. I think the price was in the four dollar range, which for lunch, is reasonable to me. I would purchase again.
