Instructions
  1. Add olive oil to pan then add onions and peppers.
  2. Add ½ cup of purple cabbage next, mushrooms and extra firm tofu. Let it cook for a few minutes and add salt and pepper.
  3. Add entire packet of Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce and let it cook on low for 7-9 minutes.
