Lemon Basil Spinach & Mushroom Pasta
Serves: serves 2
  • 2 cups boiled linguine pasta
  • 1 pint of fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 heaping tsp chili flakes (this is optional)
  • 1 pkg Saffron Road Lemon Basil Simmer Sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil with 1 tbsp butter
  1. Boil pasta and set aside.
  2. Sautee chopped onions, mushrooms, chili flakes and spinach together in oil on high to medium heat.
  3. When mushrooms begins to brown and is almost cooked to your preference, add Saffron Road's Lemon Basil Simmer Sauce and reduce heat to low for five minutes.
