Chickpea Tikka Masala

Chickpea Tikka Masala
  • 1 t extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 packet Saffron Roads tikka masala simmer sauce
  1. Heat EVOO in large saute pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in onion, mushrooms and green beans and saute until onions are translucent, about 4-6 minutes.
  3. Add in chickpeas and simmer sauce. Allow to simmer until heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
