Chicken Korma Casserole

Chicken Korma Casserole
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breast (cubed in small pieces)
  • 1 Saffron Road Korma Simmer Sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic, chopped finely
  • a bit of oil to brown the onions
  • 4 cups monterey jack marble cheese, grated
  • 1 tbspn butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes, lightly crushed
  • ½ lb uncooked pasta of choice, boiled
Instructions
  1. Brown onions and garlic and add chicken. Sauté until cooked and add Saffron Road's Korma Simmer Sauce . Allow to simmer on low heat for approx 5-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse boiled pasta with cold water and put in large bowl. Mix pasta and chicken korma together and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Preheat oven at this point to 350 degrees. In the mean time, brown your slightly crushed corn flakes in butter on medium to high heat.
  4. Toss in 3 cups of cheese in the pasta chicken korma and mix well. Place in casserole dish. Cover with remaining last cup of cheese and roasted corn flakes on top.
  5. Bake for approx 30 mins. Enjoy!
