Baked Salmon with Spring Onions
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 pack Saffron Road Korean Stir Fry Simmer Sauce
- 1 bunch of spring onions chopped
- a little bit of oil to coat baking tray
Instructions
- Marinate Salmon steaks (thawed or fresh) in Saffron Road's Korean Stir Fry Simmer Sauce for 30-45 minutes. (I reserved 5 tbsp to sautee my fresh french beans)
- Preheat oven at 350F
- Coat bottom of baking pan with a little bit of oil. Remove salmon from marinade and place in pan. Discard remaining marinade.
- Sprinkle the top of salmon with chopped spring onions and bake for approx 20-25 minutes or until done.
- This is served with pan seared french beans and tomato halves with the 5 tbsp of simmer sauce that was set aside.
