Baked Salmon with Spring Onions

  1. Marinate Salmon steaks (thawed or fresh) in Saffron Road's Korean Stir Fry Simmer Sauce for 30-45 minutes. (I reserved 5 tbsp to sautee my fresh french beans)
  2. Preheat oven at 350F
  3. Coat bottom of baking pan with a little bit of oil. Remove salmon from marinade and place in pan. Discard remaining marinade.
  4. Sprinkle the top of salmon with chopped spring onions and bake for approx 20-25 minutes or until done.
  5. This is served with pan seared french beans and tomato halves with the 5 tbsp of simmer sauce that was set aside.
  6. Enjoy!
